we do ask clients to pay a deposit to secure their booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are not able to attend your booked /transfers/activities, we request that all cancellations be communicated by WhatsApp or email. The deposit or full payment is fully refundable if Zanzibar Cab receives your cancellation notice if you follow below procedures:.
3-2 months booking - cancel 30 days prior to activity/activities
1 month booking time- cancel 15 days prior to activity/activities
3-2 weeks time- cancel 5 days prior to activity/activities
1 week - 3 days - cancel 24 hours prior to activity/activities
When the client/s fail to keep time agreed , automatically is regarded as a breaching of agreement, to avoid cancellation its advised to call as early as possible for new arrangement. otherwise no compensation is provided.
